Common questions
How far ahead should we book?
Holiday parties book early, so reach out as soon as you have a date. Other events can often be booked with a few weeks’ notice, but earlier is better. A 50% deposit holds your date.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Send us your logo and brand colors, and we’ll design the print layout and digital overlay for your approval before the event.
Can you collect attendee emails?
Yes. Our data capture option collects emails or short survey answers, and we can share the list with you after the event.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. We offer special pricing for verified local non-profits and community organizations.
Can you provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Just ask and we’ll send both.
Can the booth run for a full day at a conference?
Yes. You can add hosting time by the hour.
